Step 1: Initial consultation

That is why we will first begin by scheduling an initial consultation with you. This will help us better understand your needs, wants and expectations for your dream home.
Our home interior design consultation allows us to see your home first hand and begin conceptualising your space. It is a time to listen to all of your decor dilemmas, dig into your vision for the space, find out how to make it work for your lifestyle, etc.
In other words, we’ll tour your home together and discuss what is working and what isn’t in each space. The scope of the project we will undertake will be based on those areas you want to address – it can be a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, or we can even give your entire home a facelift.
After we have narrowed down the areas we need to address, we will provide our most inventive home renovation ideas. Among these ideas are the best ways to lay out the space, addition of millwork and other architectural elements, furnishings, lighting, art, window treatments, and decor items. We may also turn to online resources to help you visualise what we envision.
Step 2: Discuss budget
A budget discussion follows the interior design consultation. Often, clients don’t know what their budget should be. Hence, we will create a budget exercise that includes a worksheet to determine a good range to consider for clients. During our consultation, we will tailor our design solutions to meet your needs and ensure that your budget isn’t exceeded. The contract will be signed once the quotation is accepted.
Step 3: Project execution & management
Following the contract signing, our interior designers will oversee the project workflow and highlight potential constraints. We will ensure that you will constantly be kept in the loop from time to time, should any unforeseen issues arise.
On top of that, we also work closely with a professional team of carpenters and electricians, so you’ll get to enjoy a seamless, hassle-free interior renovation process. This way, there is no need for you to source for different vendors as we will have it taken care of.
Step 4: Project handover
Following the project completion, we will follow up with a 24-month warranty and after-sales services so that you can rest assured that you are covered even after the project is done.
