Sales Designers
Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and desires.
Transform client requirements into innovative and creative conceptual designs that stand out.
Present 3D perspective drawings to clients, effectively pitching complete design solutions.
Provide accurate and detailed quotations to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal and outsourced drafters and 3D designers to bring concepts to life.
Schedule and strategize project timelines efficiently and promptly, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in illustration, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is preferred but not compulsory.
IInitiative and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Interior Designers
