Design Consultant
We are looking for someone who have a knack for interiors!
- Passion in Interior Design
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skill
Interior Design Drafter
- Understand project requirements and design concepts to translate conceptualised design ideas into drawings
- Prepare layout plans, 2D Drawings, shop drawings, section and details, space planning. –
- Work closely with sales designers to deliver high quality work
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Project Manager
- To handle residential & commercial projects from HDB, Condo, Office and retail interior projects
- Able to do project schedule, daily work schedule & update milestone
- Contol quality, manage sub-contractors
- Deliver projects in good quality and timely manner
- Understand carpentry, masonry, and metalworks detail
- Able to solve site problems, coordination issue
